In my first year of studying, I still lived about 1.5 hours from the uni with my parents. The only thing I experienced as a student were my study activities. After a year I realized that this was a very boring student life and I joined C.S.V. alpha. I have a great time there and I was taken along by how you can develop yourself much better in addition to your studies. You get a completely new circle of contacts, you learn a lot of new soft skills and it’s just super fun.
I believe that every student should have this opportunity to join an association where he/she feels at home and can commit to. I’ve noticed how empty it is if you don’t have this. DAS stands up for activism among students during their studies and that is why I fully support DAS.
