In September 2016 I started my career at the University of Twente. I finished my Bachelor in Technical Medicine and then switched to Industrial Engineering and Management for my Master’s. From the very beginning, I’ve been involved in as much activities beside my studies as possible. I joined the student association Audentis and heerendispuut Yunophiat, I am part of an active student house and did a board year at the Student Union.
There is so much more you can get out of your student life besides studying alone, and I’ve enjoyed plenty of it during my time in Enschede so far. The main drive behind my board year and now my candidacy at DAS is that I want others to enjoy their student life as much as I’ve done so far.
Here at DAS, we want to represent the interest of other ambitious students and enable them to get the maximum out of everything during their time studying here. We’re constantly in talks with the various parties and persons we represent, to carry out this sentiment towards the UT at the highest levels. We want you to enjoy your student lives and be able to do those things that excite you the most beside just studying, and if you want to be able to do just that, you should vote DAS!
