Milan te Velde

As a 17-year-old boy, I came to the University of Twente. Without any idea what studying and being a student meant exactly, I decided to register with student association Audentis. I soon found that making new friends and finding new groups such as committees or sports teams was completely up to me. Studying is important, but having fun and having the right people around is even more important.

However, the space to seek out this activism must be available. DAS advocates this activism and fully supports everything that has to do with studying and not studying!

Milan te Velde (2001) is a third-year student of International Business Administration and hopes to obtain his bachelor’s degree next year. He joined student association Audentis in his first year and has served on various committees within and outside this association. He is also an active member of the Tranquillum fraternity and can often be found behind the bar in ‘t Gat in de markt.
